Fred Zumpano Design & Construction was named Home Builder of the Year by the Akron Home Builder's Association in 2009, 2007 and 2001. We can assist in the selection of a building site or begin a custom design on a lot you presently own. Our homes are tailored to their exterior surroundings in order to maximize light and views. Architectural Design.
After a detailed analysis of your specific needs, your home is designed around your dreams and your budget. Blueprint Services.
We can build from your blueprints, or we can develop your sketches into a complete set of construction drawings. At this time we estimate the actual cost of your home, and make appropriate additions and deletions, as you request. Our method of design and material selection allows you to control individual items important to you and their specific costs. We enjoy collaborating with your interior designer, landscape architect, or audio/visual consultant.
